Three other buildable plots are located on the same site for a total area of approximately 2,200 square metres.

Building Plot 7

On 31.11.2011, the Municipality of Arzachena issued the Building Permit n.31/2011 and Single Provision n. 55 of 05/02/2020, for the construction of a single-family villa, on a plot of land of approximately 750 m2.

The planned construction follows the typical canons of the Gulf of Arzachena coast, which in turn are guided by the rural buildings of the Mediterranean area.

The shape is 'hinged', in order to better fit into the slightly sloping lot, and covers a total covered area of 179.63 m2. The gross useful areas comprise 120.98 m2 on the Ground Floor, plus service rooms to the building on the Basement Floor of 113.75 m2.

The building is positioned on a slightly sloping ground, and is spread over two levels. The remaining part of the lot is given over to a garden and parking spaces of approximately 500 m2. At present the building is rustic.
